Faculty and staff to be recognized for years of service

The annual Benders of Twigs induction ceremony and faculty/staff recognition dinner will take place Monday, April 26. Benders of Twigs induction is at 5 p.m. in the Rhatigan Student Center Regents Room. Doors open at 6 p.m. for the dinner in the RSC ballroom.

The Benders of Twigs ceremony honors those who have given 25 years of service to WSU.

Employees with 10 or more years of service to the state will be recognized at the dinner. Two new categories for service years — 35 and 40 — were added.

Individuals who retired since the end of last summer and those planning to retire through June also will be recognized at the dinner.
