Homes for the holidays

If you’re looking for some holiday decorating inspiration or if you just want to share the goodwill of the season through a scholarship fund-raiser, sign up for the WSU Women’s Association holiday house tour Dec. 7 from 2-4:30 p.m.

Tickets are $10; the proceeds fund scholarships given to nontraditional women students.

The tour homes are that of WSU President Don and first lady Shirley Beggs, 1820 N. Hillside; John and Connie Arnold, 141 S. Lynwood; and Jay and Helen Galloway, 8000 Killarney Court.

For tickets, send checks, payable to the WSU Dames Scholarship Fund, to Sharon Byrum, box 117 or 240 N. Rutan, Wichita, KS 67208. For more information, contact Jean Gaunt, 686-5338, or Thelma Borresen, 684-3802.

The WSU Women’s Association was formerly known as the WSU Dames.
