Presentations
HR Total Rewards will present changes for the 2024 plan year via both in-person and live virtual presentations in MS Teams, and will be available for Q&A following the presentation.
Unable to attend a live virtual presentation? Don't worry! The live presentation is broken out into several mini-presentations that are also available as on-demand recordings.

The HR Total Rewards team will not have availability to assist walk-in traffic in the HR Office or to schedule individual appointments or one-on-one consultations. If the presentations do not provide the information or answers you are looking for please email TotalRewards@wichita.edu as this is the quickest way to get the answers you need.

- Life Insurance Beneficiary Form (KBOR)
- Life Insurance & Retirement Beneficiary (KPERS)
- Optional Life Insurance Enrollment Form - return to HR office by October 31st
- Optional Life Insurance Rates
Completed forms can be sent to HR Total Rewards:
- through campus mail at campus box 15, or
- faxed to (316) 978-3274, or
- sent via DropBox – to send via DropBox email TotalRewards@wichita.edu for further assistance
- Completed forms that do not contain personal information, such as your social security number, can also be emailed to TotalRewards@wichita.edu
