Prospective Students
Undergraduate Student
In high school or just got out? Follow this link to learn what you need to do to begin the enrollment process.
Select the UNDERGRADUATE U.S. CITIZEN role if:
- You are (or will be) a high-school graduate.
- You have (or will have) a GED certificate.
- You have never attended college, community college or university or have attended as a high-school guest student.
- You have been out of school for less than two years.
Graduate Student
With graduate degrees ranging from aerospace engineering to studio art – plus, great research facilities and abundant resources – you can do it all in graduate school at Wichita State.
Select the GRADUATE U.S. CITIZEN/INTERNATIONAL role if:
- You hold at least a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in the United States or a recognized institution from another country.
International Student
If you're looking for more than just a degree, you've come to the right place. Find out why international students from more than 100 countries live and learn at Wichita State.
Select the UNDERGRADUATE INTERNATIONAL role if:
- You are of international origin requiring a visa status.
- You have completed secondary school in another country.
- You have not yet earned a bachelor's degree.
Transfer Student
Our transfer guides have a variety of resources available to assist you in getting your transfer-related questions answered.
Select the UNDERGRADUATE TRANSFER STUDENT role if:
- You have not earned a bachelor's degree.
- You have earned a bachelor's degree and would like to earn a second bachelor's degree.
- You have studied at another college or university and wish to transfer your studies to WSU.
Returning Adult
Whether you're returning to school to finish your degree or walking into a college environment for the very first time, Wichita State will make your transition as smooth – and as painless – as possible.
Select the UNDERGRADUATE RETURNING ADULT role if:
- You have not earned a bachelor's degree.
- You have earned a bachelor's degree and would like to earn a second bachelor's degree.
- You have been away from school for two or more years and wish to resume your studies.
- You are a former WSU student who wishes to resume studies at Wichita State.
- You have been in the workforce for a few years and would like to start working on a bachelor's degree.
