The uniquely designed program encourages business owners to take steps towards refining their business processes, analyze strengths and shortcomings, and methods of delegation to achieve more from your employees.  You will discover answers to questions you have not thought to ask that you'll use to shape your future success in business.\n\nThis is a 9-week program, Tuesday evenings from 4:30-7:30 p.m., starting March 8, 2011.
