DESCRIPTION:Location: Wiedemann Hall\n\nThe WSU School of Music is proud to host its annual Madrigal Invitational. Each evening will feature high school madrigal groups from across the state of Kansas individually performing three selections. The concert will also include songs by the WSU Madrigal Singers.\n\nThe following is a list of high school choirs which will be present each evening:\n\nMonday, March 4: Goddard High School -- Diane Lewis, director; Heights High School -- Mark Walker, director; Kaupan Mt. Carmel High School -- Bryan Miller, director; Southeast High School -- Lisa Cookson, director; Sterling High School -- Clark Comley, director.\n\nTuesday, March 5: Campus High School -- Becky Riffee, director; Maize High School -- Doris Prater, director; North High School -- Amy Davidson, director; Northwest High School -- Amy Brown, director; Rose Hill High School -- Charles Forsyth, director.\n\nThe music for each evening will feature a variety of a cappella and accompanied selections ranging from traditional Renaissance selections, modern madrigals, multicultural music and vocal jazz.
