Motivational: Jimmy Cabrera: Leadership Is More Than About Becoming a Legend--It's About Leaving a LegacyIn Jimmy Cabrera's words: "Instead of becoming a legend--leave a legacy! Anyone can lead, but will they follow? This presentation will help individuals discover their passion, purpose and power in leaving a legacy. Leaders learn to appreciate everyone's gift in diversity by maximizing and embracing our commonalities. The more an individual understands their role as a leader, the more effective they become in reaching their next level of success. Leadership is not about being 'macho'--it's about humility, character, values, heritage and making a difference in the lives of others, in your career and in the workplace."
