Shaped Under One Arch
My paintings deal with spiritual growth and progress of an individual going through different thought processes and realizations. I used a variety of textures and experimental materials such as glue, tar, cement and acrylic colors to express my ideas.

details... Faculty Artist Series presents Phillip Black, TubaOriginally from Indiana, this wonderful musician has been with Wichita State University since 1986. Professor Black holds degrees from Ball State University and the University of New Mexico. He has been the principal tubist for the Wichita Symphony Orchestra since coming to WSU and he is also a member of the Wichita Brass Quintet. Professor Black is a noted teacher and performer who has been featured in numerous regional Tuba and Euphonium Conferences throughout the United States. And he can be heard performing with the Galliard Brass Ensemble on recordings from the Music Heritage Society Label.
Tickets for this event go on sale Oct. 19 and they are $7 with discounts available.
