LIVE OUT UR DREAMS (LOUD) with Zarifa Roberson during Diversity Week. Zarifa Roberson is the CEO, founder and publisher of i.d.e.a.l. magazine, "Individuals with Disabilities Express About Life." Not allowing her disabilities to dictate her life, Zarifa has had great achievements in life. She is a true leader and advocate for people with disabilities.
Join us for this dynamic presentation as she talks about the special issues faced by African Americans with disabilities and highlights the many contributions people with disabilities make to their communities. The first 50 people in attendance will receive a signed copy of her magazine, i.d.e.a.l.

21st Annual Elements Reception and Awards
Location: 1st floor, Rhatigan Student Center
Celebrate the achievements of student artists competing in the 21st Annual Multi-Media Arts Competition. During the reception, awards will be announced for those who placed in the categories of ceramics, drawing, mixed-media, painting and printmaking. Winners are selected by local Wichita artists.

WSU Jazz Arts and Guitar Ensemble
Location: Duerksen Fine Arts Center, Miller Concert Hall
Join two of WSU's premier jazz ensembles for an evening of jazz music. The Jazz Arts Ensemble is a traditional 19-piece jazz ensemble and has consistently been selected to perform at state, regional, and national conferences and festivals, and has performed with guest artists. For this performance, the WSU Guitar Ensemble will perform in concert along with the Jazz Arts Ensemble. The Guitar Ensemble is a group made up of six guitarists and will present 4-5 selections, including choice standards and original arrangements.
