Recreational: Bench Press Competition
Contest will be held Monday, Nov. 23 at 6:30 p.m. Each participant will be allowed three lifts. The Wilks formula will be used in order to determine winner

How to sign up:
Participants should sign up at the event time listed above. Once signed up each participant will weigh in and give starting lift weight. Flights will be determined by starting lift weight. Winners will be announced the following day.
