Recreational: Swim Meet
9-day event: 11/2/2009 - 11/10/2009
Participants only have to swim once for each event. A person may enter in as many different events as they want. However, a person can only swim on one relay team. Heats will be posted on Wednesday, Nov. 11. Please be ready to swim by 7:30 p.m. We will run each heat one after another until we are finished. The event should be completed by 9:30 p.m.

Concert: Jazz Arts I and Student Jazz Combos
WSU Jazz Arts I will start off their season with a concert full of standards and swing as they welcome their new director Professor Bill Caldwell. Professor Caldwell has long been present in the local jazz scene as a saxophonist and teacher and he is excited to show the Wichita area where he's taking the WSU Jazz Program.

The Concert will also feature a special showing of WSU Student Jazz Combos who will perform standards as well as their own compositions. This is an excellent way to see how the Jazz Studies program is taking off, catch some amazing student performers and strech your knowledge of great jazz.

Tickets for this performance are $7 with discounts available.
