Discussion: Brown Bag Diversity Discussion Topic: Masculine Myths: About and Held by Men of Color

Join us for a Brown Bag Diversity Discussion addressing masculine myths that are about and held by men of color. These discussions provide the WSU community an opportunity to dialogue about specific issues regarding multiculturalism and diversity. Participants are encouraged to bring their own lunch.

The Brown Bag Diversity Discussions are held the first Wednesday of every month.

Wednesdays in Wiedemann 3rd Annual Organ Pops Concert
Location: Wiedemann Hall

You are invited to spend a thrilling hour with Professor Lynne Davis and the "Great Marcussen Organ." Professor Davis is a noted teacher and the only woman and first American to earn the French "Certificat d'Aptitude de Professeur d'Orgue" in 1994. In January 2012, she was awarded a major distinction given by the French Ministry of Culture and Communications: "Chevalier de l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres." She is a leading international concert organist who created the Wednesdays in Wiedemann series at WSU in 2007.

The 3rd Annual Organ Pops Concert will showcase the organ, voice and trumpet with four guest artists in a program of musical favorites destined to charm and delight the ears of our audience.

The four guests are: 12-year-old Matthew Kroeker, organ; Randolph Lacy, tenor, WSU faculty; David Hunsicker, trumpet, WSU faculty; and special guest, Brett Valliant, world-renowned organist.

Wu Wednesday: Summer Splash
Location: Heskett Center, pool

Are you a fish in the water? Are you competitive? If so, this event is for you! For two hours, we will have different aquatic competitions such as best cannonball. Water basketball and a boat-building competition will also be offered.
