Event Time:7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Open to all, but ideally suited for those who have completed the introductory wine class. This class will focus on the differences that growing region, soil, climate and winemaker technique can make in a single grape variety. Experience the difference in taste due to the types of oak barrels and the extended oak treatment. Why is one wine $9 and another $50? Expand your wine knowledge and wine enjoyment by comparing and contrasting individual wines and identifying characteristics of quality and style. You must be at least 21 years of age to enroll. Class meets Mondays through Nov. 5.

Fee: $119 per person
