Location: Heskett Center Lobby The Empty Bowl Project is an effort by the Office of Multicultural Affairs to fight hunger on campus and in the Wichita community. This inaugural family-friendly event invites members of the WSU and Wichita community to select a personalized crafted ceramic bowl (picture above) and have it filled with gourmet soup and bread and listen to music while enjoying your lunch. Your $10 donation goes towards establishing a food pantry on campus. Participants are encouraged to take their bowls home as a reminder that there are always empty bowls in the world.
