Museum Day: The Holmes Museum of Anthropology

Museum Day is a special event presented in conjunction with Smithsonian Magazine that provides free passes to thousands of museums across the United States. The Lowell D. Holmes Museum of Anthropology, located at 108 Neff Hall, will be open on Saturday the 26th from 10 AM to 3 PM. Free passes (while they last) to several other local museums are available on the web at www.smithsonianmag.com/museumday.

Other participating museums that will honor the Museum Day free passes on Saturday the 26th of September include: Botanica, Exploration Place, Kansas Firefighters Museum, Kansas Sports Hall of Fame, Lake Afton Public Observatory, Mid-American All-Indian Center, Old Cowtown Museum, Wichita Art Museum, Wichita Center for the Arts and the Wichita-Sedgwick County Historical Museum.
