Growing Your Business is the business owners approach for unlocking growth potential in your business. The uniquely designed program encourages business owners to take steps towards refining their business processes, analyze strengths and shortcomings, and methods of delegation to achieve more from your employees. You will discover answers to questions you have not thought to ask that you'll use to shape your future success in business.This is a 9-week program, Tuesday evenings from 4:30-7:30 p.m., starting March 8, 2011. The cost is $1,150, with scholarships available. This program will be located at the Center for Entrepreneurship, Devlin Hall 2nd floor, Wichita State University.
