Doors open a half hour before show time. Wiedemann Box Office window opens an hour before show time. (Please plan to arrive early to avoid lines.)
The WSU College of Fine Arts will provide a parking lot shuttle service for patrons with mobility difficulties for this event. The pick-up point is in the northwest corner of the faculty parking lot directly west of Duerksen Fine Arts Center. The service will run 45 minutes before the performance to 30 minutes after the end of the event. Rides are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Ticket proceeds will benefit the WSU College of Fine Arts Institute St. Petersburg International Music Academy.
The WSU College of Fine Arts Institute St. Petersburg International Music Academy will host a Suprima Chamber Orchestra concert in Wiedemann Concert Hall. The Suprima Chamber Orchestra consists of students from WSU and the Wichita area under the leadership of the St. Petersburg String Quartet. The St. Petersburg Quartet is one of the world's most esteemed chamber ensembles. Appointed the inaugural Quartet in Residence at Wichita State University, the quartet includes Alla Aranovskaya, violin, Evgeny Zvonnikov, violin, Boris Vayner, viola and Leonid Shukaev, cello.
