Location: WSU West Campus, 3801 N. Walker Ave. (East of 37th St. N. & Maize Rd.)This class will cover the basic concepts and vocabulary associated with digital photography, digital images, and digital photo manipulation using Photoshop Elements. During this hands-on class you will learn how to download pictures from a digital camera onto a computer, the basic concepts of color correction, how to fix red-eye, crop, resize and save your photographs, and create simple fun effects. In addition you will learn about organizing photos using the Photoshop Elements Organizer and about printing images. It is highly recommended that attendees be able to use a mouse, create a new folder on a computer, and navigate the Windows operating system with little or no instruction.
