Learn the key things you need to consider when starting a restaurant, including trends in the industry and how to gain financing. Restaurant owner and WSU KSBDC Consultant Steve Nussbaum will share ideas from his experience.

Serving as a business consultant for over seven years, Steve supported the planning of several local restaurants in Wichita and Texas. He currently owns and operates Charley's Philly Steak restaurant in Towne East Mall.
