Robert E. Weems Jr., the Willard W. Garvey Distinguished Professor of Business History at Wichita State University presents "The History of Wichita's Dunbar Theater."

Established during an era of de-facto racial segregation, Wichita's Dunbar Theater became a multi-faceted resource for local African Americans. This presentation will examine the birth, development, decline and resurrection of one of Wichita's iconic community institutions.
