What is RSS?
RSS stands for "Really Simple Syndication." RSS documents, also known as "feeds," are an easy way to gather and examine new Web content from a variety of sources.
Using RSS, Web content providers distribute information that includes news links, headlines and summaries. Sites that use RSS to deliver content to a wider audience include almost all major news operations as well as a growing number of special interest and academic sites.
