The World Trade Council of Wichita is hosting "Local and State Tools for Global Growth" at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, at the Wichita Marriott. Keynote speakers include Gary Plummer, president and CEO of the Wichita Metro Chamber; David Bossemeyer, managing director of business development for the Greater Wichita Economic Development Coalition; and D.
