Wichita State to hold ACT math only prep workshop

Wichita State University's Counseling and Testing Center is offering a workshop to help high school students prepare for the ACT math section of the test.

The workshop is from 9 a.m.-noon Saturday, Sept. 29, at Wichita State University.

The cost for the workshop is $25, and registration can be done online at www.registerblast.com/wsu.

The next national test date for the ACT is Saturday, Oct. 27.
Students need to bring a pencil and calculator to the workshop.

All other materials will be supplied, including practice tests.
