Annual Candlelight Concert celebrating 50th year

The Wichita State School of Music will celebrate its 50th Annual Candlelight Concert with three performances at 4 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 2, and 7:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 3, also at Wiedemann Hall. Tickets are $7 and the concert is open to the public. Tickets can be purchased from the Fine Arts Box Office at (316) 978-3233 or www.wichita.edu/fineartsboxoffice. All four WSU choral ensembles will sing at the Candlelight Concert, including the A Cappella Choir, Women's Glee Club, Concert Chorale and Madrigal Singers. There will also be a special alumni choir performance at the Sunday evening show to honor 50 years of holiday music and tradition.
