WSU choral groups celebrate holidays with Candelight Concert

The Wichita State University Choral Department will usher in the holiday season with its annual Candelight Concert at 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 1, and 7:30 p.m. Monday, Dec. 2, in Wiedemann Concert Hall.

General admission is $7 for adults, $3 for students and free for students with a WSU ID.

Now in its 51st year, the concert will feature WSU's A Cappella Choir, the Women's Glee Club, Concert Chorale and Madrigal Singers. Also featured will be organist Lynne Davis and Wichita State brass and percussion.

Tickets for this music tradition may be purchased in advance and are available now at the Fine Arts Box Office noon-5 p.m. weekdays in the lobby of Duerksen Fine Arts Center at WSU.
