Dec. 11, 2023 - Nicolas Olmedo studied in the W. Frank Barton School of Business and will start work at Textron Aviation in January in the sales development program.

Dec. 11, 2023 — More than 1,400 students are eligible to participate in Wichita State University’s 126th fall commencement ceremony at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 17 in Charles Koch Arena.

Dec. 11, 2023 - Tyler Lefebvre enjoys Wichita’s dining scene and the activities and clubs offered at Wichita State University. He has been involved with the Wichita State’s varsity esports program as a team member and helping organize and manage the team.

Dec. 8, 2023 - Ryan Littlejohn worked his way through Wichita State University with help from instructors who guided him through the balancing act of academics and a busy life.

Dec. 08, 2023 — Amanda Morales found it difficult to balance her studies while being a mother and wife and working full-time, but through the support of those around her, she was able to persist and will now graduate this fall with her bachelor’s degree in education.

Dec. 06, 2023 — Gabriela Malache, who goes by Gaby, is a Wichita native graduating with her BA in exercise science. She found it difficult to adapt to a fully online learning environment, but she took every advantage to step out of her comfort zone when she got back to campus, which she says other students should do as well.

Nov. 30, 2022 — After earning his bachelor's degree in psychology and a minor in sociology, Daniel Baird plans to attend graduate school, where he will integrate clinical work with the handpan — a sort of convex steel drum that emits calming, hypnotic sounds — which he believes is a powerful therapeutic instrument.

May 5, 2022 — Chonnor Ludolph was named Mr. Shocker at the athletic department’s Gold Carpet Awards in April, given to a senior who displays excellence in athletics, academics, character, service, and personal development. Ludolph finished third in the American Athletic Conference decathlon in 2021. Chonnor is one of more than 2,400 students eligible for spring 2022 graduation. Dec. 8, 2021— Kennedy Stamm was led to Wichita State because she liked the Wichita School District. Now, she will start her teaching job in August after receiving a degree in elementary education. Stamm is one of more than 1,100 students eligible for fall 2021 graduation.

Dec. 9, 2021 -- Khalid Raza has never forgotten his Shocker roots. Now the chief executive officer of Graphiant, a next-generation networking technology company based in San Francisco, Raza’s first independent start-up began in 1992 when he was working as a graduate assistant at Wichita State University.
