Nov. 5, 2019 – The Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic at Wichita State is hosting the first Pediatric Feeding group to help picky eaters and problem feeders.

Sept. 17, 2019 – Wichita State University and Kansas State University have combined resources and started the planning phase of a program that will give students the opportunity to earn both a Bachelor of Science degree from the College of Health and Human Sciences at KSU, and a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing (BSN) from the College of Health Professions (CHP) at WSU.

July 31, 2019 - Fine arts students Haley Ensz, Lily Guillen, Bishop Rice and Celine Sengvilay recently returned from a trip to Peru with Wichita State professor Lori Santos. They spent several days working with children at the Institución Educativa José María Arguedas, an elementary school in Lima.

Gina Brown believes that case studies are the best possible way to make sure that students are incorporating everything they learn into their practice during their first year in physician assistant (PA) school. May 17, 2018 -- Abdul-Mannaan Giles was selected out of 400 national entries to present his study about diagnosing early-stage Alzheimer's to members of Congress on Capitol Hill. He also presented his research project regarding aerobic exercise in early-stage Alzheimer's patients at the Harvard University National Collegiate Research Conference.
