Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL)
The Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages program is housed in the Department of School of Education in the College of Applied Studies at Wichita State University. The six-course curriculum seeks to facilitate the candidate's acquisition of knowledge, skills, and dispositions to effectively teach and work with speakers of other languages.

The TESOL Program is designed for maximum flexibility and provides both graduate and undergraduate opportunities.
Maximum flexibility: Non-sequential courses are available (except the ESOL Practicum which is taken last). Pre-service teachers or student candidates have the option of combining student teaching.
