The Koch Innovation Challenge is an innovation competition, sponsored by Koch Industries, that emphasizes multidisciplinary teamwork and entrepreneurship for first year students to compete for funding and scholarships.

Final Round

The final round of the competition will take place during the annual Engineering Open House to identify the Grand Champion team, who will advance to a national collegiate entrepreneurs' conference. Semi-finalist teams will give a 2-minute elevator pitch to a panel of judges with 8 minutes for questions, like the TV show Shark Tank. Judges will select one top team to advance.
