Master of Arts in Criminal Justice

The Master of Arts in Criminal Justice online program at Wichita State will prepare you to advance your criminal justice career. Through study of crime, why it exists and its impact on society, you'll gain a deeper understanding of criminal justice.

You will learn online, directly from faculty who are criminal justice professionals with expertise in policing, gangs, fraud, corrections and courts.

  • The MACJ online program follows Wichita State's semester schedule, you can begin Fall, Spring or Summer Semester.
  • Full time students could earn their degree in as little as 18 months. Part-time students will take longer to complete their degree. All degree requirements must be completed within 6 years from the date of the first course.
  • You will work with your Online Graduate Coordinator to develop a plan of study that will suit your schedule.

  • Graduate tuition is $404.19 per credit hour*, additional college fees may apply. Based on 2018-2019 tuition rates, subject to change.

To graduate, you must also complete one of three options: a thesis, directed project or additional coursework.
