Why I chose WSU
I chose WSU because of the amazing hands-on learning environment, and because of how kind and caring the faculty and student body is. Plus, there's hundreds of different ways to get involved on campus. But truthfully, the Chick-Fil-A on campus really sealed the deal for me :-D
I love that I consider WSU my home. Every minute I spend here I appreciate it more and more, and I know I wouldn't be happier anywhere else.
The Groundhouse! It's convenient, fun, and a great place to study and meet up with friends. Plus they have really good coffee.
Push yourself, and work hard to achieve your goals. If you want to make something happen, go out and make it happen. College is what you make of it, and it'll be hard to make much of it if you don't get involved and connected. So try new things, and be daring! College is about preparing yourself for the future, but it's also about building friendships that will last a lifetime.
I loved the Honors Public Speaking class I took, because I learned how to skillfully and thoughtfully communicate with others and had the opportunity to be creative and think outside the box.
