Anna, Emily and Isabel Drummond Endowed Scholarship
Charles Drummond and his wife, Dorothy Grafly Drummond, have made significant contributions to Wichita State University. Dorothy was the daughter of noted American sculptor Charles Grafly, and in 1972 she selected Wichita State University to house her father s art collection. The Grafly Gardens are a beautiful development from that donation. In keeping with the family s generosity, Isabel Drummond, Charles sister and law partner, bequeathed her estate to her brother. An avid tennis player, she requested that a significant gift be provided for the benefit of women s tennis in the United States. Charles upheld this charitable gift by endowing an athletic scholarship for WSU Women s Tennis. In honor of his three sisters, the Anna, Emily and Isabel Drummond Endowed Scholarship was established in 1992.
