Malcolm S. Doggett Engineering Endowed Scholarship

After attending Coffeyville Junior College, Malcolm Stanley Doggett enrolled at the University of Wichita where he received his Bachelor of Art degree in 1958. Subsequently, Mr. Doggett worked a number of years in the aviation industry and enjoyed living with his wife and children in their country house on the outskirts of Wichita, Kan. In 1995, he retired from his position as associate research engineer at Boeing. Mr. Doggett passed away in September 1997.

In May 2000, Mrs. Doggett created the Malcolm S. Doggett Engineering Endowed Scholarship. The scholarship is awarded to College of Engineering students in need of additional financial assistance. Through this scholarship, Mrs. Doggett is helping countless students realize their academic aspirations.
