Overview
Ms. McKenzie has been an adjunct instructor at WSU since 2016 teaching American Sign Language courses. Ms. McKenzie has been a sign language interperter since 1992, serving the Wichita Deaf community. She has both a BA in elementary education, MA in adaptive special education and endorsements in both early childhood education and deaf education. She has been teaching since 2005.
