Overview

Dr. Lee earned her doctorate in 2024 from the University of Kansas and her M.A. and B.A. from Seoul National University. Her doctoral dissertation addresses the cinematic representation of economic crises in Argentine, Greek, and South Korean films. Her current research explores transnational collaboration between filmmakers from Latin America, Asia, and Africa.
