Jeffrey served as a Non-Commissioned Officer and Ground Radio Repairman in the Marine Corps and is an OIF Veteran. He also worked in professional radio broadcast industry as a contract engineer and Director of Engineering and Information Technology. 

In 2014, he joined the Media Resources Center Engineering team to support Scala Digital Signage / Cox Cable TV infrastructure, Video Services studio and live video production team, and WSU TV (PEG station, channel 13 on Cox). As technology and content ingestion evolved, the decision was made to move WSU TV to an OTT platform, hosting on demand content and live streaming events. 

He then joined the Campus Media Services team to assist in supporting presentation/collaboration technology and the transition from analog to digital to managed AV and AVoIP in classrooms, labs, conference/meeting rooms, or anywhere AV is integral to the use of the space (including broadcast facilities), over 400 spaces across 5 campuses. Supporting live events as needed. 

Jeffrey serves the team as the AV Engineer, Control System Programmer, and Project Manager as well as volunteering as the MRC Chief Emergency Building Coordinator.
