Mental Health and Wellness During University Preparations for COVID-19

Physical health, and the physical health concerns of your community, can take a toll on your mental wellbeing. CAPS is committed to helping you manage the stress and anxiety you might be feeling. This page is designed to give you the resources and information you need to assist in coping and changes to your environment and lifestyle during this time.

The Student Wellness Center is here to help you with both your physical and mental health. To make an appointment with a mental health counselor or medical practitioner, call 316-978-4SWC (4792) or stop by the Student Wellness Center on the corner of Perimeter and Mike Oatman. Please let the receptionist know why you are requesting an appointment.
