2017 Free Flu Shot Clinic for Faculty/Staff
Flu season can start as early as October. The flu shot takes approximately 2 weeks to become effective. Clinics start early September. It is important to get your shot early to ensure protection before flu season actually occurs.
All Active WSU employees, spouses, and dependents between 18-65 years of age who are covered under Plans A or C of the State Employee Health Plan (SEHP) are eligible for a flu shot at no cost. Remember to take your CVS Caremark card/State Employee ID# to the appointment along with your completed Consent Form (below).
