Reporting Training

Reporting software available at Wichita State University are Reporting Services and WSU Reporting.

Using VPN is required when accessing WSU Reporting and Reporting Services off campus.

Reporting Services

The following reports are available in Reporting Services:

Finance Reports
Finance Banner Self Service and Reporting Services Training is available in myTraining. This hands-on training session is designed to guide budget officers, review officers, PIs and support personnel through the various forms and reports in Self Service Finance Budget Queries and Microsoft Reporting Services.
ePAF (Electronic Personnel Action Form) Reports
Training regarding ePAF reports are included in the ePAF Training sessions posted in myTraining
Timekeeping / Payroll Reports
Training regarding Timekeeping reports are included in the Time Entry Training sessions posted in myTraining.

WSU Reporting

Student Information Reports are available in WSU Reporting.

In the WSU Reporting training employees will learn how to navigate this reporting tool, run a student report and print a report. This training is for individuals who currently have access to student reports.

If you do not have access to student reports but need access for your job duties, it is REQUIRED that the employees SUPERVISOR submit a request for access to stusecurityaccess@wichita.edu.

Please include the following in your request for access;

Name
myWSU ID
Position Title
Specific Reports needed or if this access should be mirrored, if so include their name and myWSU ID also.
Supervisor Name
Reason why this access is needed?
Additional Notes

Training is offered periodically in myTraining but is often included in training for new employees or when exsisting employees obtain new job responsibilities.
