MATLAB Site License

MATLAB Site License are valid until June 30th.

Download using the Campus-Wide License Portal:  Click here for link

Download Product Installer:

  1. Go to the MATLAB Link.
    Under the Get MATLAB and Simulink section, Select Sign in to get started.

  2. Create an account using WSU email address (students - @shockers.wichita.edu / faculty/staff - @wichita.edu)

    • Enter email and password, you will need to confirm email address to continue account setup

  3. Complete profile information to complete account set up

  4. Click Download for the current release

  5. Choose a supported platform and download the installer
    image as described above

Install MathWorks Products

  1. Run the Installer
  2. In the installer, select Sign in with a MathWorks Account and follow the instructions.
    Prompt for login

    Accept the License Agreement

  3. When prompted, select Academic - Total Headcount license labeled MATLAB (individual)

    Confirm selected destination
    image as described above
  4. In the Product Selection screen, select the products you want to download and click Begin Install

    Select Options

    Begin Install
    image as described above
  5. When the isntallation is complete, click Finish.  Begin using MATLAB

Transitioning Existing MATLAB Installation to Campus-Wide License

If someone already has MATLAB installed, they can transition to the Campus-Wide Licsense.

  • End Users who associate to the new license simply need to re-run the MATLAB installer.
  • When running the installed, they will select the Campus-Wide Licenses and install the new toolboxes that are now available.  After the install, it will automatically bring them into the activation client and activate the Campus-Wide License file.
