There are a lot of resources available to you as you move your courses online and then teach remotely.

Blackboard Support

Click here for the OneStop page. OneStop. The OneStop provides expert BlackBoard Support for all technical issues 24x7. This service is a cominbation of Blackboard's own service agents, who can help with technical problems, and Wichita State's own team of instructional designers and educational technologists.  

If you prefer to work by email, Instructional Design and Access answers questions sent to IDA@wichita.edu 7 days a week.  If we can't help you, we will find someone who can.

Subject Librarians

University Libraries has Subject Librarians who are trained to help you with resource needs in your particular discipline. Please reach out to them with digital content questions and see if they can help.

Peer Experts

Wichita State University has trained a team of Faculty Fellows so that you have peers with experience in online instruction who can help you think through these challenges. We also have many "power users" who have agreed to help peers with questions.  The following fellows have agreed to be resources for you:
