All new WSU students begin their experience on our campus with Not Anymore, an online interpersonal violence prevention program from Student Success™. This video-based program will provide critical information about Consent, Bystander Intervention, Sexual Assault, Dating and Domestic Violence, Stalking, and much more. Not Anymore will help you better understand how vitally important these issues are and what you can do to help make our campus safer.
Take a look at these series of videos to educate yourself on the warning signs of suicide, how to help a friend, resources on campus, and ways to reduce the stigma around suicide and suicide prevention.
Attend a Mental Health First Aid workshop offered by the WSU Counseling & Testing Center. This one-day 8 hour course will give you the basics on how to identify a mental health issue in yourself or a friend. It's free to faculty, staff and students of Wichita State University.
**This Training is open to community members at a small fee of $50.
For faculty, staff, and students. A free, 1.5 hour training on helping individuals recognize the signs of crises in order to help reduce suicidal behaviors and save lives by providing innovative, practical, and proven suicide prevention training. Learn how to intervene and prevent suicide. Certification lasts 3 years.

This training is free to all faculty and staff, can be done at your own computer, and can be started/stopped at your convenience. A certificate of completion is available upon completion of the training should you need this for your records or continuing education documentation.
