Student Support Services provide additional academic support to our students by offering technology, such as laptops and iPads, for check out each semester. This service is only available to current Student Support Services Students.

*Please note that there is only a limited amount of technology devices available.

SSS Student Laptop or iPad Checkout Request

Please fill out this form in order to request a laptop or ipad for the semester from Student Support Services. Laptops or ipads are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Note that this is only a request, and there is no guarantee that a laptop or ipad will be available when SSS receives your request.

Please verify that your contact information is accurate prior to submitting your request.  You will be notified by e-mail when the laptop or ipad is ready for pick up.
