Prepare yourself for a fun and challenging athletic event! The sprint distance makes it great for beginners who may be a little cautious about getting into triathlons.
Each heat will consist of the following:
- Swim: 15 minutes
- Bike: 15 minutes
- Run: 15 minutes
Participants will complete each section of the heat at their own pace. Results will then be calculated based off of actual triathlon distances.
Each participant will receive a t-shirt. Medals will also be given to the top three male and female finishers.
