Team Leader: Ciaban Canales Peterson

Peer Advisors for Veteran Education (PAVE) Program is a peer support program that connects incoming student veterans with student veterans already on campus in order to help them navigate college life, identify challenges they are facing, refer them to the appropriate resource on or off campus, and provide ongoing support to their academic and personal ventures.

As the Team Leader, Ciaban pursues the advancement of Veterans especially in their career. The PAVE team at WSU can help new student veterans manage their resumes, find new job opportunities, and other specific Veteran career development. "An example of this can be as simple as updating your LinkedIn profile that you may have neglected in the past. With scrutiny and careful consideration, marketing yourself can be more simple than you think, such as refining your URL name on LinkedIn or upgrading to the free one year premium offer only available to veterans."

Contact Ciaban Peterson - PAVE Team Leader with any questions about this program or if you would like to become apart of the team as a Peer Advisor with PAVE.
