- Create a safety plan - having a plan in place that can help guide you through difficult moments can make a difference and keep you safe. A counselor can help you create this safety plan.
- If you'd rather talk to someone on the phone or communicate via chat or text - the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline is 1-800-273-TALK (8255), it's open 24/7 if you want to talk.
