We currently offer four Concentrations:

  • Analytic Reasoning
  • Ethics
  • Pre-Law 
  • World Philosophy  

We also provide a robust education in history of philosophy, Asian philosophy, and philosophy of STEM.

Professor Susan Sterrett

WSU Philosophy Professor Susan Sterrett will deliver an invited keynote address at the 9th International Symposium on Scale Modeling.

The Philosophy Department is now receiving applications for its History of Philosophy Scholarship. Up to $2500 will be awarded, and applications are due by 5 pm on Friday, March 11. Click above for eligibility requirements and application instructions.
