Registration Instructions

If you have not registered using Iris Registration before, you will be instructed to create an account.

Once you do so, it should direct you to the registration form. Fill out the form and pay to complete your registration. 

If you have registered for an event before, you may see a New Registration section on the top of your page. Click the blue "New Registration" button to continue.

You should be then be directed to Add a Registration by entering a code. Type 24SUCE and click the blue "Submit Code" button to continue to the registration form. Fill out the form and pay to complete your registration.

Intro to Voiceovers: Getting Started in Voice Acting

Do you have a passion for voiceovers? Want to earn income using your talents from the comfort of your home? Explore the fun, rewarding possibilities of the growing remote voiceover industry! You’ll learn about different types of voiceovers and tools needed to find success. Your instructor, a professional voice actor from Voices For All, will take notes as you read a real script in this one-on-one video chat setting, and offer some coaching to improve your delivery. You’ll receive a professional voiceover evaluation in a follow up call. One-time, 90-minute, introductory class. Upon registration you will be contacted by VFA to schedule your class for a day and time of your convenience.

Intro to Pickleball

Pickleball is an exhilarating and approachable game that offers a perfect blend of fun and camaraderie. With simple rules and an easy learning curve for beginners, it quickly transforms into a fast-paced and competitive experience. Combining elements from tennis, badminton and ping-pong, this sport is played on a court using paddles and plastic balls with holes. Whether you’re playing doubles or singles, Pickleball caters to all ages and skill levels, making it an enjoyable activity for everyone. Join us and experience the thrill of Pickleball today! This class will be primarily played on the Heskett Center indoor courts.

Foundations of Yoga

This "yoga basics" class will focus on the foundations of the physical postures of yoga while also touching on tenets of the other seven limbs of a traditional yoga practice, including mental concentration and breathwork techniques. This class will be a great starting point for someone who is just becoming interested in yoga or for the experienced student who wants to reconnect to the basics. Students must have the ability to move from the ground to standing independently.

Breathwork and Meditation Techniques for Daily Life

The breath can be a powerful tool in helping us feel relaxed, balanced, motivated and happy. This class will focus on simple but effective breathing and meditation practices that students can implement in their everyday lives to help release tension brought on by stress and anxiety, slow racing thoughts to bring a sense of focus to the mind, and increase our ability to feel like capable and resilient beings. No experience is needed and there is no physical requirement for this class.

The Artsy Bee Paint Party

Kansas Sunflower and Sunset - FUN paint and sip class open to everyone. NO painting or art experience required and beginners are welcome! All supplies are provided, and the design will be pre-sketched on 12x16 canvas, ready for you to paint. Feel free to bring any beverage or snack you desire.

Aubrey Burnett butterfly picture for Move and make classMove and Make- A Practice in Creative Expression

In this workshop we begin with exploration of movement in the body. A gentle all levels yoga class draws attention to sensations and feelings that can emerge through various asana. Weaving breathwork into the asana reinforces interoception.  Complimenting the mindfulness practices through creative expression, Aubrey will guide participants in painting their own monarch butterfly. Symbolically, the butterfly represent change, hope, and positivity.

Cancellation Policy

A student who withdraws a minimum of 24 hours prior to the first class will receive a registration refund less 15%. Failure to attend class does not constitute withdrawal. All withdrawals must be received in writing and postmarked prior to the first class meeting. No refunds will be issued after the first class meeting. We will refund 100% of your registration fee if the class you wish to take is full or if the class is canceled.

TRIP CANCELLATION

A 15% administrative fee will be assessed on all cancellations received more than 7 days prior to departure. NO REFUNDS will be issued within 6 days of trip departure.
