What made you choose Wichita State University?
Wichita State has a strong aerospace engineering program and applied learning opportunities available through the National Institute for Aviation Research (NIAR). I wanted hands-on experience to add to what I learned in the classroom.
WSU gave me the opportunity to work on real aerospace projects while studying.
What applied learning experiences did you participate in during your time here?
I worked at NIAR during my time at WSU , where I worked on projects involving bird strike analysis and crash simulations. I also worked as a graduate teaching assistant.
What advice would you give other Wichita State students?
Step out of your comfort zone. Try new things and enjoy what you do.
Get involved outside the classroom. WSU has many great opportunities, so make the most of your time here.
