Sep 4, 2015 — By WSU News Services — WSU will soon open a significant number of parking spaces in Lot 5 -- the orange-permitted Shocker Hall parking lot east of the Corbin Education Center -- to commuter students on a first-come, first-served basis. Students who have purchased green permits and would like to park in Lot 5 must complete a request form for consideration. If chosen from the pool of eligible students, they must exchange
